This page explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on univerphone.com, what they do and how to manage your choices. For anything about your personal information, see also our privacy policy.
1. What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a website saves in your browser. It lets the site remember a choice or recognize the browser from one visit to the next.
A site can also keep information in the browser’s local storage. This page covers both.
2. Our approach
- By default, only the cookies the site needs to work are used.
- Audience measurement cookies stay off until you accept them.
- We use no advertising cookies and we do not track you on other websites.
3. Necessary cookies
They make the site work and protect it. They do not require consent.

4. Traffic measurement without cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It uses no cookies or local storage in your browser and does not follow you from site to site. It only produces totals.
5. Audience measurement cookies, with your consent
If you accept them, these cookies help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it: the most viewed pages, steps where people get stuck, forms that are hard to fill in.

PostHog also records clicks, movements, scrolling and how visits unfold on our pages, to produce heatmaps and session recordings. What you type in form fields is masked and never sent. This data is hosted by PostHog in the United States.
If you refuse or withdraw your consent, PostHog does not load and its cookies are deleted.
6. Managing your choices
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse audience measurement cookies. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same way.
To change your mind, use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.

Blocking necessary cookies can stop parts of the site from working, such as selling a phone.
7. Links to other websites
The “Directions” links open Google Maps, and other links lead to Facebook or other external sites. None of that content is embedded in our pages: their cookies only apply if you visit those sites, under their own policies.
8. Changes
We update this page whenever we add or remove a cookie. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
